I have worked in the non-profit sector for most of my career focused on empowering others to lift their voices and advocate for themselves in housing, employment, and health. As Executive Director of Non Profit Operations for Community Builders, I work within the exciting world of Social Enterprise to combine the profits and strategy of the business sector with the outcomes and passion of the social sector to help create affordable housing, meaningful employment and healthy communities.

As chair of the Future North Board, I am honoured to support the incredible leadership of the Youth Expert Panel to build opportunity, resources and advocacy for the young people of Greater Sudbury and Area. I believe that when young people are well supported and have their voice heard, we as a society benefit from their perspectives and ingenuity, and we build the strong leaders we need in our future generations.
