Hey there! My name is Kaiya Nyabeze and I’m a 3^rd year Business Administration student (2022) at Cambrian College. I love learning, nature, and Canada – our true North, strong and free.

I joined the Future North Expert Panel in 2021 because I wanted to have more conversations about accessibility, equality, diversity, and inclusion for all kinds of youth in my community.

When we acknowledge the obstacles facing young Canadians in this modern age—we get that much closer to developing and implementing solutions that can better the futures of youth in our country.

As a young person of colour, being involved in this panel continues to be an empowering, enlightening, and enriching experience.
