Trannum Balli -
Director

Hello, my name is Trannum (She/Her) and I’m excited to be a member of the Future North Board of Directors! I joined Future North in the early stages of building the organization, as a part of its Youth Expert Panel. I was proud to support one of our earliest projects: the launching of the technology hub! After some time off, I am excited to be back with the organization to support out board of directors in such a crucial time for our organization.

Outside of Future North, I work as an Emergency Nurse, travelling all over Canada. As I have grown up and worked in Sudbury, I am particularly attached to my home and looking into ways to support the community where I grew up! When I am back in Sudbury, you can catch me with friends enjoying lots of hikes, kayaking on the lake, or helping out with whatever Future North is up to!

I engage with Future North because I like to strengthen my connection with the community where I was brought up. it is important to me that today’s youth are given more chances for success – whether that is mentorship, skill building activities, exposure to diverse experiences, or leadership opportunities to make your voice heard. Supporting youth in developing their interests is key so we may have more innovative problem solving in the future.
