Future North is dedicated to improving available resources and opportunities for youth 15 to 30 years old in the Districts of Sudbury and Manitoulin. We are a non-profit charity, working with over 30 partners!

Strategic Priorities

Priority 1
Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We must challenge ageism, racism, heterosexism, ableism and all other “isms” within the district and increase peer-to-peer programming to ensure that, as Future North grows, so too does our ongoing commitment to marginalised youth.

Priority 2
Organisational sustainability and strategic growth
We aim to be nimble and adaptive in the face of new opportunities, while continuing to build successful, learning-focused projects, pilot projects, programs, and initiatives. In our relationships, our finances, and our programming, stability and consistency will form our bedrock.

Financial stability
Key to our financial stability is a focus on developing diversified revenue streams, with a particular emphasis on cultivating new unrestricted revenue streams.
