Community Map Submission Form
This form will allow you to provide us with information about your organization and service. As our list relies on showing locations on a map, one of the most critical steps is how to provide us with an accurate location for your service.
How to Provide Your Organization Location
If your organization already has a Google Maps Business listing, please enter the Plus Code in your submission. This provides us with the exact location without relying on civil address information.
If you are not listed in Google Maps, please drop a pin where you are located, right-click the marker, and click on the numbers displayed at the top – The video shows how to do this.
